Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule, and Trial Booking Policy Reschedule or cancel Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the class start time. Requests inside 48 hours are considered late cancellations and are not reschedulable No-shows do not qualify for make-ups. How to reschedule Use your confirmation email link or contact us by email or phone during business hours. A successful reschedule keeps your credit for that class. Late requests may be denied based on space. Trial classes Trial classes must be booked at least 24 hours before the start time. Same-day or inside-24-hour trial bookings are not accepted. Exceptions NPC may offer an exception for documented medical or emergency situations. Please notify us before the class start time.
